I've often told others about what I love about you guys is how you guys have outstanding customer service. How I get calls from time to time to either review my information to make sure nothing has changed or to check in on our situation to make sure our coverage is still right for us. And sometimes that means lower rates! No one I know gets calls from their insurance company like that.  I don't know if I could find cheaper rates - but I don't bother looking because I know I won't get the same customer service that I get from you guys.  Thankfully I don't need you guys much - but I appreciate that I hear from you more than I have to reach out to you.

I love it when they contact me and tell me they have found a way to lower my rates. No one else I know has an insurance company that does that.
