I am from Massillon, Ohio. I graduated from Tuslaw High School and I studied at Stark Technical College took business management/sales courses. I am married with 3 children and grandchildren and a dog named Daisy Mae. I have worked in Retail and 14 years in Banking as a Teller/CSR/Supervisor/Asst. Mgr. I have been in the Insurance Industry for 16 years as a CSR and I have been with the Varner Insurance Group for 9 years as a CSR. I am also a Notary . I am also a Care Giver in the evenings and weekends for family . My job at the agency is to answer the phones, greet customers and to take payments I also do other office duties here at the agency I strive on Good Customer Service . I have a good working relationship with my co -workers and my boss and with the customers who I talk to on a daily basis. The Varner's are family oriented and they care about the customers and the service that they receive and their employees they treat as one of the family.
